About Csuf Mens Club Soccer

First, we are not the actual school team, we are a part of CSUF club sports. Our team does not compete on the D1 level in the Big West Conference. The league we play in is called the West Coast Soccer Association.

The club competes in the league in the Fall and spring semesters each year. We practice during the week on Tuesdays and Thursdays, while games are usually played on the weekends. We also compete in various tournaments and regionals/nationals if we do well enough in league. We also hang out with each other aside from practice and playing games.

We also usually have to self supply our equipments and items we need such as: carpooling, paying club dues, training balls, practice equipment, and so forth. We do welcome new players and have tryouts every semester usually in the first few weeks.

At the end of the day we do more than just play soccer together. We strive to build teamwork with each other and build life long friendships that expand past just during college. We have the awesome opportunity to meet new friends who love the same sport we do and also help one another on and off the field.

Everyone who is a part of the club is expected to have a role or position within the club.

Some of the things we do as part of the Club Soccer Team:

  • Build life long friendships
  • Develop teamwork skills
  • Fufill and advocate a healthy active lifestyle
  • Participate in philanthropy events
  • Volunteer and support major causes

Please join us today and we will see you on the pitch!
